they make those in virginia.auto factory . for who i dont know. but their are several states where law enforcement uses these. but when you see these or anything else questionable you can call the news and have a reporter call and get the facts where their going to they will tell you. then call your sister station and have them follow them state to state see if they lied or what their gonna do with them when they arrive.

They look brand new from the photo, though you don’t have much detail to work with. I’m guessing they were ordered by the UN, and are getting shipped from the factory to the port for delivery.
