A strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.7 has struck near the city of Pinotepa Nacional in the southwestern state of Oaxaca, with shaking felt as far away as Mexico City, seismologists and residents say. The earthquake, which struck at 3:50 p.m. local time on Monday,
