If you see a lot of emergency vehicles and smoke rising from LaGuardia Airport Saturday morning, don’t worry. The Port Authority says there will be a full-scale emergency response drill there Saturday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The drill won’t impact flights in and out of the airport, the Port Authority said. The drill will involve members of the Port Authority Police Department, FBI, FAA, TSA, NYPD, FDNY, the Red Cross and more. READ MORE
