Officials with the office of Attorney General Kamala Harris of California seized the videos and personal materials used by pro-life activist David Daleiden to accuse Planned Parenthood of selling fetal tissues.
Daleiden, in a Facebook post, called the seizure “an attack on citizen journalism,” and vowed his Center for Medical Progress organization “will pursue all remedies to vindicate our First Amendment rights,” he wrote. FULL REPORT
