Planet Fitness is a fitness gym with 938 locations nationwide. Last week, in a Michigan location a woman was shocked when she found a man inside the women’s dressing room. When she complained to the manager, she was told that biological men who dress as women are welcome inside the ladies’ room. When she complained to the corporate office, the company issued this statement in full support of gender confused men:

Allowing men in a woman’s locker romm including shower areas is not what I signed up for. If PF violates my sense of privacy and safety I will petition for my refund. I paid for the black card and this was not made known to me at time of joining.

All this is going to do is allow anyone to dress up as a woman so he can get into the women’s bathroom/dressing room to scope out the scenery— this is absolutely ridiculous

Just so we’re clear here, you want men who were born men and women who were born women to use the bathroom of the gender they were born. But to do so for transsexual men and women would put a man with a penis (who was born a with a vagina) in the women’s changing room. That’s how this translates. Transgender is someone who has taken all of the measures necessary to become their identified gender. Cross dressers are not necessarily transgender. You can’t have it both ways folks. That man with a penis in your dressing room was probably born a woman and if he is in NC is required by law to be there. Men changing in women’s rooms are not prevalent, it rarely if ever happens! Come on, has this ever actually happened to you??? Fear mongering at it’s best.
Lori . . . they are allowing men who ‘self identify’ as transgender to go into female bathrooms and showers. Bathrooms and showers that may also have little girls. Several men have already been caught filming. Men who have never claimed to be ‘transgender’ before.
These new policies are allowing perverts the opportunity to seek their pray with impunity. Which, I might add, is just as dangerous for true transsexuals. . . they are ‘would be’ victims here as well.
“TRANSGENDER” is a term, primarily denoting or relating to a person whose sense of personal identity does not correspond with the gender assigned to them at birth.
“TRANSSEXUAL” is an older word which existed in medical communities and is preferred to be used by people who seek to change their bodies (such as through surgery or hormones).
To be honest . . . . if a TRANSSEXUAL were to go into a female bathroom or shower . . . no one would know . . . no one would be able to tell the difference.
Then create an “in doubt” room and stay OUT of women’s rooms.

I was a longtime member of planet fitness but moved to an area with a fitness center so I suspended my membership. If I hadn’t I would now.

And I was going to join next month, but not now. It is unbelievable.
Then have women, men, unisex to accommodate. You are putting a lot of women in jeopardy for a few. People need to workout someplace else.
This is foolishness! Neither men nor women want people of the opposite sex in their bathroom. It is inviting trouble, possibly violence. I can’t believe business owners and managers would consent to this. As a wise man once said, “Don’t carry your head, wear it.”
