New technology could help officers catch those texting behind the wheel. The technology is a futuristic radar gun. It’s called the “Sniffer Sleuth” and can reportedly detect the frequency transmitted by a phone when a driver sends a text message, makes a call or send an email while driving.
A Virginia company called Comsonics is developing the new device. Illinois has a statewide ban on texting and driving, and Missouri only bans those younger than 22 years of age from texting while driving. just quite making phones that texts. save lives dont text stay alive. i dont own a cell phone i’m 60 an never have own one an dont want one. i cant see what makes people think they need to comute with someone every time they fart. craze, it would be like having the same dream every night that is a nightmare. i known people that every thing they do they got to text someone to tell them, grow up liv your own live cant figure why they need to tell every thing they do. i was at the doctor one day mom-dad-3 kids come in all five heads down and all texting at the same time. all walking in a straight line no wonder the gov. takes over we got down watching our phones an the gov. is taking over.
