Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam signed into law a bill that underscores the rights of therapists, counselors and other mental-health professionals to refuse clients with issues they believe violate their personally held convictions and beliefs – but some say the measure was a back-door attempt to undercut the current LGBT community’s demand for certain rights.

I always look at this way if someone such as a therapist come from a stand point of the LGBQ way of life is against there held beliefs then do the person who is of the LGBQ community think they are going to get the “help” they believe they are seeking.
Because what will happen if people force doctors to give therapy to people with ways of lives they don’t agree with is the therapist will then be accused or have a law suit against them because they tried to turn the person of the LGBQ community back heterosexual “stright”.
Surly if you are seeking a therapist you would want someone who would understand and support your way of life !!
I am someone with many chronic illness and I know i wouldn’t want to go and be treated by a medical doctor who didn’t believe half my conditions existed because they would only be treating half the problem..
Just another thing also if you believe someone is so against the way of life “you” believe is ok to live why on earth would you want to give them your hard earned money..
Once again it seem like there is always the rights of the few out weighing the rights of the many..
