Who can live up to the standards Jesus set in that teaching? “For I say to you that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will in no way enter the kingdom of heaven” (Matt. 5:20). “But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment” (Matt. 5:22). “But I say to you that whoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart” (Matt. 5:28).
You have got to be kidding! Is that even possible in a culture where there is more cleavage shown than is covered, men wear tight jeans, marijuana is legal, partial nudity is revealed in most television shows and even in “family friendly” movies? FULL REPORT
