According to the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, a secret document on the operation was adopted on February 10. Italian troops are expected to join US, French and British special forces that have been operating in Libya for several weeks. With the first Italian unit ready to deploy to Libya within 10 days there are still doubts about the goal and the legitimacy of the mission, an article in La Repubblica read.
