The Democratic Party’s presidential primary front-runner may be facing a federal indictment for investigations related to her home-based email service, but according to nearly 100,000 petitioners, it’s her husband, Bill, who ought to be jailed right now. About 100,000 signed on to an online petition calling for his immediate arrest over allegations he violated Massachusetts voter laws on Super Tuesday regarding campaigning inside polling places.

“This is a call for the immediate arrest of President Bill Clinton for clear, knowing and egregious violation of the campaign laws to swing an election in a significant way,” the petition states, the New York Post found. “It could not be any clearer in the Massachusetts General Laws.” The petition, posted at, also says: “Bill Clinton should immediately be subject to arrest and prosecution.” The petition was started by Sen.
