In Daniel 7 he is referred to as the “man of sin, the “little horn.” Daniel wrote, “This horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts.”
He will be boastful and egotistical, a megalomaniac in his quest for world power. He will come preaching peace. But Daniel says, “through peace he will destroy many.” (Daniel 8:25) His authority will be overpowering, his hatreds intense, his political techniques first rate. Daniel tells us of a Lion that has it’s eagle wings ripped off (American war of Independents when the U.s. ripped itself from the rule of England) and then this lion beast stands up like a man and has the mind of a man.
Revelation tells us that the end time beast will have a lion’s mouth (The voice comes from England).
Revelation also tells us that the number of the beast is the number of a man, the only beast man I know of is this standing Lion/Man of Daniel.
Interesting to note the standing lion can be found on the coat of arms of the Royal family and Prince Charles has given various speeches at the U.N. (note Daniel tells us the 4th beast will consume the whole world, we are also told that these beasts represent governments and therefore the 3 former beasts of Daniel will also be part of the 4th beast and the only organization that has the governments of the world in them is the UN. The 3 beast before the 4th beast are Lion (U.K.) Bear (Russian Fed) and the 4 headed leopard with 4 wings representing the the EU. This leopard is made of 6 countries joined together the 4 leopard heads are France and the 3 member of the Benelux union, one set of wings belong to Germany and one to Italy (roman legions).
Note the EEC which was formed by the 6 countries (The 4 headed Leopard with 2 sets of wings)that came together grew into the EU.
