Russia is preparing to test its newest precision-guided munition, the KAB-250, in Syria in the near future, reports said Sunday.  There are two versions of the state-of-the-art bomb, a satellite-guided one and a laser-guided one. The 10.5-foot-long, 565-pound weapon can be adjusted with different speeds and trajectories, and can withstand any weather conditions at any time of day, according to the reports. They added that the previous version, the KAB-500 PGM, is already being used to bomb US-trained rebels. DEBKA
