Newspaper issues correction after Obama is called AntichristThe Letters to the Editor section always features the kookiest characters in the newspaper. But the Lexington Dispatch took one reader’s letter a little too far. The paper then had to issue one of the nuttiest corrections of the year thus far: “Boyd Thomas’ letter Saturday contained an error in the headline. He does not believe President Obama is the Antichrist, who will come after the seven kings, according to Revelation. He thinks Obama could be the seventh king.” Religious scholars out there know that the eighth king would be the Antichrist. But that’s assuredly not Obama, according to one faithful Lexington Dispatch reader. Houston Chronicle
