But the author does not discuss how his four-point plan will quell Palestinian violence or other regional threats. If anything, his plan for open roads in the West Bank, full citizenship and freedom of movement for Palestinians in Area C, and a larger Israeli civilian presence in West Bank industrial zones would inflame the security predicament he describes.
