454318-natoNorth Atlantic Treaty Organisation, or NATO, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg condemns Russia once again for “a serious military buildup” of its troops inside Ukraine and on its side of the border. He called for Russia to “pull back its troops.”  NATO had allegedly seen an alarming number of troops moving Russian equipments, tanks, artillery and advanced air defence systems.
