Utah Town Remembers Local Navy SEAL Killed In Chinook Crash In AfghanistanA Gainesville woman has been told by her homeowners’ association that she must remove the Israeli and American flags on display in her front yard or face a fine. Fox5 News reports that Delita Smith was told on Thursday that she had 72-hours to remove the banners. Smith owns a condominium in the Chicopee Crossing subdivision off Atlanta Highway. She says she has been flying the standards for nearly two years but thinks that the matter has become an issue as the result of a neighbor’s complaint. “I have a right to fly my flags the way I want to in the home I own myself,” Smith told Fox5. Smith says she plans to take further action if she is fined by the HOA.
