With much of the world in shock over the fact the latest America-brokered peace talks between Israel and Palestinian broke down, one Tacoma, Washington, based pastor wasn’t all that surprised.  After all, major events in the Middle East have accompanied a “blood moon” before. Mark Biltz, discoverer of the blood moons phenomenon and author of the hot-selling book “Blood Moons: Decoding the Imminent Heavenly Signs,” appeared on Barry Farber’s nationally syndicated talk show prior to the April 15 astronomical occurrence. He told Farber, “God would have any peace talks involving dividing the land of Israel to break down as He is opposed to it.
