Multiple large earthquakes measuring above M6.8 were reported in two areas of the West Pacific, as well as a noteworthy increase in seismic activity occurred in areas connected thousands of miles away. Guinea, and several island nations all saw a dramatic increase in activity over the past 24 hours. We are on day 8 of the 10-day earthquake warning for the West Pacific, and now a series of large earthquakes have struck all in a very short amount of time (October 31st into November 1st).
