A second man wanted in connection with the deadly terror attack in New York City that left eight people dead and at least 11 others injured Tuesday, was located by federal authorities Wednesday as Sayfullo Saipov, the main suspect in the attack, faced the court. According to The New York Times, Saipov was charged on Wednesday with one count of providing material support to terrorists and one count of violence and destruction of a motor vehicle causing death.
