alignment of the stars, sun and moon on Sept. 23 as one of the signs that the rapture — the belief that Jesus will take Christians up into the skies before the terrors of the end times kick into high gear — is coming. This article makes incorrect claims to substantiate it’s premise that the events in the heavens on September 23, 2017 are anything unique. It claims the sign has occurred in several years in the past. One need only use Stellarium or any other astrological program to verify or debunk their claim. For example, they claim that in 1827, this sign was in the heavens. Open Stellarium and view it for yourself. You must first advance the sun so that it leaves the constellation Leo and enters Virgo. That happened on September 15, 1827. But the moon is nowhere near Virgo. Advance the timeline until the moon enters Virgo. The moon is at her feet on September 23,1827. But now two of the three wandering planets (Mercury and Venus) are now below her head, at her shoulders. Debunked. Try the same with the other years listed.
The article tries to minimalize this sign by stating the sun is in Virgo for a month every year. This is true. They also correctly state that the moon is at Virgo’s feet once every month. But the four necessary parts of this sign must be in place at the very same time – at that is what makes this sign unique. All four aspects – Virgo clothed in the sun (within Virgo), the moon at her feet, crowned with 12 stars and ready to give birth (Jupiter in the womb) must be in place simultaneously. This happens on September 23, 2017 ONLY.
