Administrators at a Christian school located southeast of Edmonton, Alberta, are concerned that parts of the Bible, specifically those that deal with sexual ethics, could be censored if they’re deemed as offensive speech according to the province’s human rights code. Trustees from the Battle River School Division said that a number of Bible verses were
expected to be included in a handbook for students at the Cornerstone Christian Academy in Kingman, but now they might be banned for potential violations, such as “targeting vulnerable minorities.” The passage in 1 Corinthians 6:9–11, for instance, states that neither “the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.” READ MORE
What is happening to us? Why are we allowing this to happen? Come on Canada stand up and speak out! They are stripping us of our religion, our beliefs and our freedom …and we just say nothing???? Where are the Bishops, pastors and leaders of the Churches??? Where are you the people in the pews?? Canada is going downhill fast … I am ashamed.
Rosemary, the shepherds are agreeing with the governments of this world. The love (of God) has grown cold. The citizens of earth are at war with what is right in the EYES of the LORD, and proclaim it to be evil, and what is evil and sinful is proclaimed to be accepted and good. The word of God will continue to be compromised as long as our preachers comply to politically correctness. If they continue to accept tax free status as long as they sing to the tune of the government. Bible prophecies has clearly stated that the world is an enemy of GOD, and its true colors will be shown in the last days. The ones that has the fire for GOD and HIS truth, will be arrested, tried, thrown into jails, killed for the witness of Jesus Christ. It is not going to get better, but worse. We can only prepare because, it is becoming evidently clear that the morality of churches is going down, and further down. Every day we hear of churches ordaining and marrying same-sex couples. What else can mere man do? Our own powers has failed, let us pray for deliverance.
