It almost appears that Iran is intentionally trying to provoke the newly elected president of the United States into a full-scale war in the Gulf! A new report indicates that Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps has successfully test-fired a naval missile which is bringing great concern in Washington, whose warship operate in the waters near Iran.  The missile which was constructed in Tehran called the Hormuz 2 is well capable of destroying moving targets at sea at ranges up to 300 km (180 miles).  “The naval ballistic missile called Hormuz 2 this week has successfully destroyed a target which was 250 km away,” said Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the IRGC’s Aerospace Force.

This new missile test is the latest situation that has occurred between Iran and the United States centered around the proximity of the Strait of Hormuz, which guards the entrance to the Gulf.  Reports indicate that around 20 percent of the world’s oil passes through the waterway, which is less than 40 km wide at its narrowest point. At the same time this is transpiring the president of the United States Donald Trump is sending nuclear bombers to the Korean peninsula as tensions in that region are now reaching a “breaking point”!
