(By Kelly Mcdonald JR) When our Savior, Jesus Christ, came to earth, He said, “The time has come…The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!” (Mark 1:15) Jesus talked about the Kingdom. That was the central focus of His ministry. His sermons and teachings give us details about that Kingdom. What does the gospel of the Kingdom of God mean, and how do we experience that Kingdom today?

Before we can really understand this good news, we must understand the historical background behind Jesus’ words.
