By almost any metric, the churches in our nation are much less evangelistic today than they were in the recent past. In my own denomination, we are reaching non-Christians only half as effectively as we were 50 years ago (we measure membership to annual baptisms). The trend is disturbing. We certainly see the pattern in the early church where “the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved” (Acts 2:47b).
In too many of our churches today, the congregations are reaching no one for Christ in the course of an entire year. Psalms 83:18 says Jehovah is the most high over earth…CORRECT? but it says there are 3 heavens in bible…CORRECT? And there was a sic com called 7th heaven. What I have been shown is there are those who believe jesus is is god..as well as christ…jesus christ…lord jesus christ..and “amen is someones name as is “word of god”. Now jacob, sarah, abraham, some apostles all had their names changed..CORRECT? So would it not be plausible for satan to have his name changed..? And there are to many names for just one to have taken a beating and die…CORRECT??? So it might be as it says generations or identity thefts or a possible ritual thing that occurred. The church model today including attendance, batisms and saving souls is not what Yeshua preached. The Church model was born from paganism and pagan romans. We were told to preach the kingdom not have a competition on how many souls we win. G-d does that not us. The name church even comes from the word circus. Which is how deep it has got into falling off the right path. We all need to get back to our hebrew roots and realise G-d told us if we lack knowledge and understanding we would fall deep into our own destruction. Who celebrates anything pointed to MY FATHER..FATHER’S DAY…who remembers MY FATHER…but look at christmas..easter..birthdays, holidays, mlk day…4th of july and every other “celebration” not to menation all the “rituals” so faithfully practiced by those who do them!!!! WHERE IS ANYONE CELERATING MY FATHER..and HIS WIFE is also totally forgotten.
