An Anglican pastor has been charged with criminal trespassing and now faces up to 90 days in prison and $400 fine for praying outside a Planned Parenthood clinic in November. Pastor James Linton maintains that his routine prayers outside a Planned Parenthood clinic in San Bernardino were entirely within his 1st Amendment rights, and that he violated no private property statutes. His lawyer, Allison Aranda of Life Legal Defense Foundation, asserts the arrest explicitly violates his constitutional rights.
