3.5 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes near Union City, TN, Felt in Missouri

looks like the New Madrid fault line may be showing some signs of life as A 3.5 magnitude earthquake shook parts of western Tennessee and southeast Missouri early Friday morning. The earthquake reportedly struck around 8:45 a.m. Preliminary earthquake reports show the quake was centered about six miles north-northwest of Tiptonville, Tn.
