A weird story is coming out of Mexico where an alleged Jesus statue opens its eyes leaving some believers claiming it is a miracle. However, it may very well be an elaborate hoax. According to reports, Paranormal investigators have scoured over the video which appears to show the figure quickly open its eyes at a church in Mexico’s state of Coahuila de Zaragoza.
During a church service, someone is filming the statue when it appears the effigy seems to slam its eyes shut in the eerie clip. While many believe the footage proves the statue in the Chapel of Saltillo came to life, others say it was merely an optical illusion or the video was doctored. What do you think? An elaborate hoax or demonic forces at hand in an attempt to deceive the people?

If this isn’t doctored, then it’s definitely demonic! Jesus is not on the cross, and not in the grave! But the devil would love to convince otherwise….

I believe effigies are idols and a violation of the commandment that tells us not to make any images of things holy in Heaven or on Earth. My Jesus is not on the cross but is alive! He defeated death! This Jesus could certainly contain a demon that is manifesting itself to deceive and distract people from the real miracle of salvation by faith in Christ alone!
For the believer no explanation is necessary. For the unbeliever no explanation can satisfy them.
