Obama Admin Admits $400M Payment Was Ransom

It appears that now the Obama Administration is back-peddling after vehemently denying that the recent exchange of $400 Million dollars to Iran was not a “Ransom”. Now a report from the AP is stating that The State Department is now admitting that the $400 million cash payment to Iran was contingent on the release of American prisoners. Spokesman
