North Korea Claims It Can Now Nuke Mainland Of United States

According to the latest reports, North Korea is now boasting its first successful test of a submarine-launched missile with the country’s leader — Kim Jong Un — now claiming the U.S. mainland is now within striking range of his nuclear weapons. This rhetoric clearly sounds like a direct threat to the US.

Joel Wit, a former U.S. nuclear negotiator with North Korea, says he’s concerned, but not worried. “Because — despite this success — we’re not within striking range of their nuclear weapons.
