According to a report from Fox News, a Muslim flight attendant has apparently sued ExpressJet Airlines accusing the airline of wrongly suspending her because she refused to serve alcohol to passengers. According to the report, The Council on American-Islamic Relations’ Michigan chapter announced Tuesday it filed the lawsuit last week on behalf of Charee Stanley, a Detroit-based flight attendant for the airline headquartered in Atlanta.

The federal court case follows a discrimination complaint filed last year with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which dismissed it without determining whether the airline violated the law. Stanley alleges ExpressJet didn’t provide a reasonable religious accommodation and seeks back pay and other damages. She was placed on unpaid leave last summer.
Get a new job
If a Christian has to bake a cake for a same sex marriage or lose their business, then a muslim should lose their job for failing to serve alcohol.
When you become a flight attendent especially in a Western country you know serving alcohol is part of the job so deal with it or find a new job. If you don’t like the way things are done in US there are lots of countries that are predominately Muslim so move there.
1) She should have never accepted the job in the first place if this issue is so important to her.
2) I’m sick and tired of these Muslims coming over here demanding “things” to be their way.
3) Many years ago when I was accepted to become a flight attendant we were told we were selected 1 out of every 100 applicants. Go find another job woman; there are plenty of other people more than happy to replace you.
