Reports are indicating that Lesotho, Africa has just experienced its heaviest snowfall in twenty years. The snowfall resulted in Tourists being forced to be airlifted and several shepherds losing their lives due to the storm in the hilly, high-altitude kingdom completely surrounded by South Africa.
It’s not normal for this region to experience this large of a snowfall and is actually considered to be an extreme event since the country hasn’t had something like this in over twenty years.
