If you haven’t had your daily dose of government waste, fraud and abuse, time to open wide. The federal government plans to spend an estimated $42 million in taxpayer dollars on a Texas detention facility for illegal aliens that includes a separate unit to house transgender people who are caught unlawfully crossing the U.S. border.
The facility will house up to 700 detainees, and will feature a separate 36-bed unit for transgender individuals, according to a U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) official. Regarding separate detention, if people would stop beating, harassing people they would be safe in the other two types of facilities. You don’t have to like or agree with anyone’s life style, but if you want the craziness to stop, stop assaulting people. And, you can all tell that to your family and friends too. Especially those who call themselves Christians, where did Jesus say to harm another. End the violence, you end the culture wars. Or even win.
