A Tracy family says bugs are forcing them out of their home. They are creepy, crawly and all over Sean Humphreys’ Tracy neighborhood. “They’re black, little bugs seem to be crawling, flying, in the thousands and they’re basically taking over our yard,” he said. Their house is the only one in the small development of Bright Homes, but they say they aren’t the only ones living there.

Try icing sugar and baking powder 50:50 or Borax and sugar.
Well if you don’t know what kind of bugs they are and an exterminator can’t kill them, then I would go after who ever owned the lot beside you..It has to belong to someone and I’d make him pay to have them removed or buy your place from you..but I would also do one more thing to and that’s to look online for homemade bug killers and see what’s out there..anything would beat doing nothing..
