Megachurch Pastor Makes Refund Promise to Experimental Tithers

Give and you shall be blessed: It’s the premise of countless verses like Malachi 3:10, Luke 6:38 and Proverbs 11:15—and Perry Noble’s new tithing campaign. The NewSpring pastor is conducting a 90-day tithing challenge. If you don’t receive a blessing in the three-month time frame, the church will give you your money back.
