Social media users are expressing their amazement at a photo of a large fountain in Fountain Hills, Arizona, they say resembled Jesus on Easter Sunday. Garry Johnson, a local resident, snapped an image of a fountain as it spouted water this past weekend, causing several Facebook users to note that the fountain resembled Jesus Christ with a halo of light around his head. The large fountain is located in the city’s Fountain Park, a multi-acre recreation area built in 1970.
As local media outlets report, the fountain has previously been featured in the Guinness Book of World Records as being the tallest fountain of the world, capable of creating a 562 column of water. The large water spout also receives attention every March, when it’s dyed green for St. Patrick’s Day.
