A very rare 2.1M earthquake has struck the East coast in Maine. The epicenter of the magnitude 2.1 event was near the town of Peru, Maine. This event was expected to occur in light of the other activity which occurred Southwest of this location. The area from Virgina to New Brunswick was forecast to show seismic movement a full day before this event in Maine happened.
Quite literally, the earthquake forecast issued on May 21, 2015 called for a small swarm of earthquakes to strike the Northeast edge of the craton between Virginia, and New Brunswick. 24 hours after the warning was issued, we see movement strike directly in the middle of the warned zone. FULL REPORT
